Our standard services include:
– Arranging all communication between you and your surgeon, including getting feedback from surgeons from your photos and details via telephone, email or our LIVE web-based tele-medicine platform
– We undertake all hospital administration procedures to make it as stress-free when you arrive, including, bookings for consultations, surgery and non-surgical dates.
– Providing a toll-free number for ease of communication, our team is available 7am-5pm, Monday – Friday.
– Providing you with a personal manager who will follow through from quote to booking.
– Giving you comprehensive information on your treatment, surgeon and hospital
– We do not charge any extra for a partner to travel with you for your accommodation or transfers.
– Complimentary airport transfers to/from the airport to your hotel in a private vehicle.
– All medical transfers including consultations, admission and discharges – you will be driven in a private car, owned by TMV, with full-time TMV driver and staff.
– A personal liaison will be waiting for you when you land in Thailand. They will assist you throughout your medical vacation, including attending your consultations, assists with admission and discharge and other formalities with the hospital, and visit you in hospital and your hotel room.
– We are available 24×7 for patients by telephone for any medical emergency.
– After discharge you will have a highly qualified caretaker who will visit you on after your surgical treatments. (dressing into your compression garment, showers, washing hair, applying crčmes and oils. We also have a nurse on staff that will be available to help you if required.)
– Your personal liaison will visit you or contact you daily after discharge, and is available for any requirement you may have like collecting medications, collect your shopping if you are weak etc.
– We can call your relatives after your surgery if you wish to tell them of your progress.
– Your consultations with the surgeon are not limited, if you have any questions, we can arrange a consultation, normally within 24 hours.
– If requested, we offer and can arrange for sightseeing, tours, excursions and shopping trips for individuals or a number of clients. (to be paid extra by the patient
– We can provide you with a local SIM card, phone and phone number, which you can top up with credit.
– After returning home, we will send you your before / after photos and keep in touch via email.
– We arrange any follow-up needed between you and your surgeon, if you have questions once you return home.
– We provide you with discounts on accommodation for your return visit.
